Welcome to Soulstream Journal! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise violates these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Soulstream Journal and its licensors.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Data Backup and Security

• Google Drive Backup: The Service allows you to back up your journal entries and related data to your Google Drive account. You are responsible for ensuring that your backup data is accurate and up to date.
• Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. Your journal entries are end-to-end encrypted and stored exclusively offline. The web interface is used only to display your entries and allow you to write/edit them.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulstream Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and application. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
